About

Everyone knows that UCF has done a bunch of shady stuff.   UCF's Board arguably just did some more shady stuff days ago when they seem to have broken Florida's Sunshine Laws while hiring a new president.   In fact, UCF has done so much shady stuff and are (properly) known to be so vindictive that a bunch of it has had to come to light through anonymous, unnamed sources.   And so much has come out about UCF doing shady stuff that UCF has taken to hiding behind the "anonymous people are just piling on for sport" defense.   In these other instances, UCF's Board claims that they were just doing their duty and that they had the discretion to do whatever shady thing they did because there is no specific law saying that they can't.   Which is true, as post-secondary institutions have rightly been given wide discretion to perform their "pedagogical" duties.   (Their fancy legal word)

Their claim that they had discretion was itself a lie, the law is clear and easily understandable by "anyone with even a basic level of education."   (And if that phrase seems wrong, it's because thats the exact phrase that UCF has mocked me with, for lacking the "basic level of education" that allows people to understand that "words have consequences" while they were in the act of stealing that very "basic level of education" from me.)

But that's not what this is all about, UCF being "shady" or me just being #sad   What this is about is the fact that this time there is a law saying that they cannot do the things that they are doing and that they must do things they are not doing.   This isn't about UCF doing shady stuff, "U Can't Finish" stuff, or even stuff that is legally questionable like the Colbourn Hall funding fraud, the @ University of Corruption and Fraud revelations, and more recently the President hiring process.   Here, in the UCF DEfraud, laws were broken.   And in the UCF DEfraud, we are not anonymous.   (We do however understand why people prudently avoid the Board's radar, you'd think that they were represented by the law firm that represented Vladimir eff'ing Putin in the Magnitzky affair).

This is about the intentional fraud of the constitutional rights of minors in the dark under color of law.   And that abuse is about gathering these defrauded funds in the E&G funding bucket, the funds that were supposed to be "left over" This is about democracy.
